End-of-life wishes, preferences, and sensitive entries – securely stored to fulfill our core service.
Payment information – processed by third-party payment processors to manage subscriptions and billing.
Usage Data
Log files, IP address, browser type, device identifiers – for security, troubleshooting, and fraud detection.
Time and date of visits, features used – to measure performance and improve usability.

You can permanently delete your account and data anytime via Profile > Settings > Delete Account and Data.
Once deleted, your account and data are removed from active systems. Some information may remain temporarily in secure backups before being permanently purged.
If you have an active subscription, deletion will also end your access to paid features.

To operate and improve Deathwishes, we rely on trusted partners who process data on our behalf:
Branch.io – deep linking and attribution analytics.
Firebase (Google) – authentication, storage, push notifications, analytics.
RevenueCat – subscription and purchase management.
Customer.io – onboarding and service emails.
Amplitude – usage analytics and product improvement.
Payment processors (Apple, Google, Stripe) – secure billing.
Hosting/CDN (Cloudflare, AWS, or equivalent) – reliable and secure service delivery.
